The accommodation comprises of a sun room with dining facilities, a living room which leads to a small galley kitchen and utility room.

The master bedroom is large enough to accommodate the travel cot which is provided.

The twin room has a double bunk at the bottom and a smaller bunk at the top which can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children.

There is also a Z-bed which can be used in the living room or the sun room.

 

There is a small patio downstairs with table & chairs and a BBQ. As it is north face it offers welcome shade during the day.

For the sun worshippers just climb the spiral staircase to the ample sun terrace - also with table & chairs - which offers stunning views over the salt lakes.

Although the sun terrace is also north facing there is very little obstructing it from the sun and only offers very limited shade. 

The area is fantastic for all ages as you can choose how much or how little you do or see while you are here.

If you just want to relax everything is within walking distance - bars, restaurants, bank, shops etc.

If you are into the nightlife, Torreveija is just a short drive away and is buzzing with a night club, bar or restaurant on almost every street corner. During peak times there is also a night market along the sea front and pavement entertainment - don't get caught by the resident 'stalker' or the laugh will be on you!!

Once a week the whole town is taken over by a huge market - but beware of the scammers (often helped by English 'tourists' to convince you it is genuine), they are rife and the tourists make easy pickings.

If you fancy venturing further afield there are coach companies aplenty offering all sorts of sight-seeing trips. The prices are very reasonable and the pick-up point is just a 5 minute walk from the house.

For families there are the 2 water parks - one on the estate and one just a short drive away. The area is surrounded by beautiful beaches some as close as 10 mins drive. Or why not venture out to the theme park in Benidorm just 1 hours drive away.  

There are fans in each room and a gas heater in the living room. The sun terrace is reached via a spiral staircase and offers stunning views over the salt lakes as far as the mountains. It is a quiet urbanisation with everything close to hand. There is a small water park within walking distance and a larger one 10 mins drive away. There is a shopping mall, large Carrefour and leisure complex offering ten pin bowling, tennis, cinema, restaurants (inc Kentucky, McDonalds etc) just 10 min drive away. If you do not wish to drive there is a regular bus service from the end of the road. There are numerous beaches all around the area and for those who want a more lively holiday Torrevieja buzzes with night life - nearly every corner has a night club. In the height of the season there are night markets and a fun fair and the whole town is taken over by the street market once a week.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Z Bed to put in living room, 1 double bunk bed located in the Twin bedroom. This gives room for up to 6 people.

The house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The house has television video. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

It is all on the ground floor and access is reasonable for a wheelchair. 

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, a north facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking.

The house is right beside swimming, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema.

Within easy reach of the house you will find climbing, mountain biking, horse riding, historic sites.

Ten Pin Bowling Salt lakes - mud is therapeutic for skin conditions etc

Terra Mitica theme park, Benidorm is just 1 hour away.. Wildlife sanctuary 30 mins away.
