Busot with its fine mountain views is located on the Costa Blanca midway between the Historic City of Alicante and the lively commercialised town of Benidorm. It is 8 kilometres inland from the beach town of Campello.

The Villa is just outside the village of Busot in Pisnella, a quiet semi rural residential location. Busot is a typically Spanish mountain village, famous for its Caves of Canalobre and is 10 minutes drive from the coast. There are a selection of bars and restaurants in the nearby village. The coastal town of El Campello with its beach and promenade lined with restaurants and bars is 10 minutes drive away and offers all amenities and services including the scenic Alicante to Denia coastal railway. The Bonalba golf course is 5 minutes drive away.
 

Valken Crest, which will accommodate 9, has 5 bedrooms. Comprising of a two double bedrooms with en suites, two twin bedrooms, a single bedroom a complete shower room a 2 further cloak rooms. There is a large lounge with open fire place, TV and satellite system, a fully fitted kitchen and dining area with patio doors to a terrace and the gardens. There is a separate utility/laundry area.
The country setting, together with the large terraces and cool garden gives a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the coast and yet convenient for beaches, night life and the airport.

35 minutes away by car are the coasts new theme park Terra Mitica, the resort of Benidorm and the historical city of Alicante
 

 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 single, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 9 in the living room and 9 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Terry says: "The Valkan Crest Villa is a spacious, well kept villa. It provided excellent security as the grounds were walled and access for the car was via electronic gates. The pool is beautiful, well kept and very clean. The bedrooms are plainly decorated, but adequate. We found the lounge and the veranda to suit open living and worked well in terms of dining on the veranda with young children. The villas kitchen was basic, the dishwasher was a little tired but worked ok. A car is a must, as there are no shops, bars or restaurants in walking distance. The development where the villa is located is very quite and pleasant. Overall, we felt this was a lovely villa and suits families with young children. The pool was one of the best we have ever rented. "
