These apartments were completed in 2006 and they are well maintained.
Because they are in the village setting, about 10mins from the coast, they never get too crowded even in August.

ALGORFA is a small, friendly village with restaurants,banks,bakery, post office, butchers etc...In the centre is a beautiful Plaza with seats to take a time or two to watch the world go by. However if it's activity your after the village also boasts a swimming pool, open air football pitch, squash and tennis courts and a gorgeous secure park for the little ones. There is a weekly market for you bargain hunters!
Only 5 minutes drive away is the town of ALMORADI with a large modern shopping centre and a market twice a week. ALMORADI also boasts clubs and bars for you night owls!!!!
ALGORFA is only 10 minutes drive from GUARDAMAR with miles of clean white sandy beaches and clear waters.
TORREVIEJA is also only a 10 minute drive away this a busy cosmopolitan town.
ALGORFA is a fantastic base for the golfers with the prestigous La Finca Golf course only 5 minutes away. CAMPAMOR and VILLA MARTIN are approx 15 mins away. Within ALGORFA there are local shops for every day shopping but if you require the large supermarkets such as mercadona and Carrefour they are approx 10 mins away.
 

Algorfa remains a typical Spanish farming village devoted to growing citrus fruits - oranges and lemons - and lies on the rich agriculture land on the Segura River plain. Curiously the municipal district divides the old town centre in two, as the left side of the road is part of Almoradí and the right side Algorfa.
It lies between the tourist costal area and the ‘real inland Spain’.
On the road to Benejuzar there is a graceful and unusual church (above)constructed at the beginning of the last century in the very popular Neo-Gothic style of the period. The church can be visited whilst visiting the beautiful green countryside in the fertile valley of the Segura River.
Algorfa has its annual fiesta held in July in honour of the Nuestra Señora la Virgen del Carmen.

The surrounding area has changed in recent years with the construction of the championship La Finca Golf Course.Presently an 18 hole course.
As always, there has been extensive housing development around the Course and on the outside of the village.
La Finca is fairly self contained when complete it will have a 4 star hotel, shops, restaurants and amenities. Currently, April 07, there are just a few banks, one supermarket, a wok buffet restaurant but this is changing week on week as units open.

All properties in this area are suitable for Golfers with those located in the village being slightly cheaper to rent than those at the Golf Course.
However, a car is necessary as it’s a bit far to walk to the course especially with clubs etc. If village based, then on your return from the course, the car can be left while you walk to the local bars and restaurants.
 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing balcony. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, tennis, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, golf, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find boat hire, a zoo, a themepark.
