On the foothills of the mountain,Monte Pego, the house and shared pool have a panoramic view over the surrounding countryside to the coast. The house overlooks orange fields and the protected wetlands, home to many wild birds and rice fields.
A perfect location for exploring the mountains and the surrounding historic villages of 'the real Spain' but still just 15 minutes drive to the coast with its long sandy beaches, and less than 15 minutes to golf courses, shopping centres and a safari park.
 

The house has its own spacious private terrace perfect for chilling out and enjoying the views. The communal pool is surrounded by sunbathing terrace and again has magnificent views.

The house is modern and furnished for comfort and style. It has air-conditioning throughout which provide heating for the winter months. The living area and kitchen are open plan and have patio doors leading on to the private terrace.

There is a wc downstairs and upstairs are 2 bedrooms with a bathroom. The beds in both bedrooms can be made up as a double or a twin and the apartment is spacious enough to accommodate an extra Z bed in either of the bedrooms. This will be provided free of charge on request
