Three bedroom two bathroom villa overlooking the swimming pool for rent near Villamartin Costa Blanca Spain.Newly furnished with air conditioning.Large private sun terrace overlooking one of the swimming pools.There are two pools to choose from one directly on your doorstep with kids slide and jaccuzzi and another 50 yards away.The villa is situated within a 5 minute walk to many bars and restaurants.The beautiful Villamartin plaza (pictured) with its bars and lovely restaurants is only a 2 minute drive away.You are only 5 minute drive from the beautiful blue flag beaches of La Zenia, Campoamor and Cabo Riog along with many other smaller beaches.The beaches here are truly lovely with golden sand and crystal clear waters and in my opinion the best beaches in Spain.This is also a paradise for golfers with 3 courses within a 5 minute drive.The championship course of Villamartin is a 2 minute drive away and within 5 minutes are Campoamor and Las ramblas.There are approximately 20 courses within a 30 minute drive including the new Jack Nicklaus design polaris world courses and La Manga.For the children there is a water park a 10 minute drive away and about just over an hour there is the fantastic Terra Mitica theme park (Alton towers with no queues)The historic city of Murcia is a 50 minute drive and Orihuela about 20 minutes.Murcia airport is a short 15 minute drive and Alicante a 50 minute drive.The temperature is lovely the year round and perfect for winter golf with temperatures often still above 20 degrees.There is also a 50 euro (paid locally) charge for bed linen, towels and cleaning which are all provided.

 

 

 

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Good base for the local area which has some lovely beaches and places to visit, a car is essential to get the full benefit of the area. The kids loved the pools, the jacuzzis are fab. We spent a lot of time on the roof terrace which was great. The air conditioning was very welcome. Its in a very quiet area no noisy traffic!! We all had a great time and would have no hesitation in returning. "
