The villa is in a quiet residential street just a 5 minute walk to a pebbly beach bay with crystal clear water particularly popular with locals for snorkelling and fishing. A 5 minute walk around the bay brings you to long stretches of sandy beach.
There are a selection of restaurants and cafe/bars within a 5 minute walk of the villa, some on the beach itself. There is also a small supermarket.
The resort town of Denia is a 15 minute drive away. 

Villa Marilyn has a spacious patio, fully enclosed and hedged for privacy. The pool and patio faces south but there are sunshades and a shady palm in the garden.
There is a built in BBQ with a fridge perfect for evening dining and patio table and chairs and sunloungers. 

This villa has plenty of seating areas. The dining area overlooks the pool and there are wicker chairs here as well. The lounge has air-conditioning and is comfortable with a basic SKY package and DVD player.
There is a separate kitchen.
The double bedroom has air-con and there is an additional twin bedroom. The villa has a bathroom with walk-in shower.

You will also find a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
