Good private outside space gives you all the privacy you need to lap up those sun rays.
Fully furnished and ready to go. Lovely one bed quad house with everything you need for a relaxing self catering holiday. English TV is installed.
Corner quad house with small private garden and large solarium. Practically fall out of the front door into the pool.
Please note the pool closes between 3pm and 5pm for siesta.

Within a 10 minute drive you will find Torrevieja with its shops, hypermarkets and shopping centres.
The golf is amazing three world class courses close by.
Campo de Golf Villamartin www.golfvillamartin.com is within a five minute walk.
Campo de Golf Las Ramblas www.golframblas.com and Real Club de Golf Campoamar are both within a 10 minute drive away.
All the local beaches are blue flag, the closet being La Zenia under 10 minutes in the car or a bit further away there are miles of sandy beaches at Guadamar.
Loads of water sports at Mar Menor a 20 drive away you can also expericence the healing salt waters and mud baths.
Within a 10 minute drive you will find Torrevieja with its shops, hypermarkets and shopping centres.

Murcia city and Alicante are both within 40 minutes drive away and offer a multitude of museums, shops, cafes and restaurants. Just a bit further up the coast is the cosmopolitan resort of Benidorm with its theme parks and great nightlife.
Orihuela is just a 20mins drive inland through the orange and lemon groves; and is a historical town unspoilt by tourism with churches ( visit the Semana Santa museum) and museums a plenty you can even ring the bell at the local convent and purchase pastries and jams from the local nuns. Beware here that siesta is observed and everything shuts down for the afternnon.
Closer still is Torrevieja a bustling seaside town ideal for paseo in the evening. With fantastic shopping. Don't forget to visit the salt flats, a traditional local industry and watch as the lakes change their colour to pink in the sunlight. Here there is a large range of birdlife to observe from specially built hides in the park areas around the lakes. You are even able to see flamingos.
