Downstairs features a traditionally Spanish Naya which can comfortably accommodate 10 people for dining. This large open spaced area is a covered terrace with one length exposed externally with decorative wrought iron. The Naya offers guests a cool shaded area with fresh air to enjoy cooking using the large built in paella oven. The Naya leads into the main house with a newly renovated kitchen, utility room, separate wc,living area with open plan fire, bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms.

Upstairs offers more living accommodation (with kitchenette), together with 1 double and 1 twin bedrooms and a bathroom. Being separate from the downstairs this offers the advantage of additional privacy for guests as and where required.



 

This property offers two large private terraces. The first is outside the upstairs living accommodation where a table and chairs are provided.

Stairs above the upstairs living accommodation lead onto the second roof terrace which again boasts a large area offering spectacular sea views in one direction and mountain views in the other. This terrace provides a wonderful opportunity to enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets. 

This property offers guests an ideal location to enjoy the beach and various watersports on it. For those preferring to relax doing a spot of fishing, a river is only 5mins walk away. For all those golf enthusiasts, Oliva Nova Golf has an excellent 18hole course only 5mins away by car. The property is next door to the Rio Mar Camp site. Within 30min by car guests can enjoy the newly opened (Mar 2008) shopping mall, together with larger towns/beach areas of Gandia, Denia and Calpe. Portable Air conditioning is available

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Upstairs Lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use.

The house has television video, dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
