Spacious accommodation with large living room, air conditioning, leading into American style kitchen fully equipped and separate utility area. A double bedroom on the ground floor with ceiling fan. Downstairs shower room. On the first floor are 2 further bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds, both with ceiling fans. A large balcony is on this floor and stairs leading to a spacious roof solarium. The house is set in a good size garden which is walled and has a large terrace area with gas BBQ. The house is in a quiet area and in a sunny position. There is room for off-street parking. The communal pool is less than 1 minute walk.
There are many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. With the help of a car you are spoilt with the numbers of restuarants and bars within a 15 minute drive.

We bought this house as a holiday home which we do use periodically and have tried to furnish it as a home from home. It has a great aspect - we often sit out having breakfast in the morning on the small terrace outside the front door which receives the morning sun. As the day goes on you can find sun all around the property with the evening sitting on the terrace watching the beautiful sunsets and enjoying a barbecue and a glass of wine. 

The house in a quiet residential area with open views to the rear. There are various facilities within walking distance including swimming, tennis and childrens play area and commercial centres at Via Park 3 and La Florida. A car is recommended to enjoy the facilities in the area, most within 10 minutes drive, including splendid sandy beaches at Punta Prima, Cabo Roig and La Zenia. There are also 3 excellent golf courses at Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor and the vibrant town of Torrevieja.
 

 

Sun loungers, patio umberalla and beach equipment is available. The garden is established being walled all round and has many beautiful plants and shrubs. There is a partially covered gazebo which offers welcome shade at the height of the midday sun

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
