Along from the swimming pools is a children's play area (this is fenced off from the pool area)
The property is only a 5 min stroll from the newly opened Clubhouse where you can sip a drink or two whilst enjoying a meal. Also, alongside the Clubhouse is a new supermarket which sells fresh bread daily!

The course is 6257 meters par 72.
The first 9 holes are more open with wider sloping farways, dotted with pines, carob and palm trees. Great views.
The back 9 is my favourite part of the course. The holes are much tighter with fairways that twist and turn, also the 18th is a real test driving over a large lake.
The new Clubhouse has a large terrace where you can sit with a beer whist taking in views of the mountains and Med. 

The property is superbly located for exploring all that the Costa Blanca has to offer. Whether it's the vibrant, cosmopolitan City of Alicante, with it's Marina, beautiful sandy beaches and wide variey of restaurants and bars. Or the quieter, old town of Elche, which is lit up beautifully for an evening stroll.
The beaches all along the coastline are sandy and spacious, or you can escape the heat and explore the mountains, rivers and caves that the area has to offer. For those young at heart, Benidorm, with it's theme parks and attractions, is a 40 min drive away!

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Ground floor. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Hayley says: "this was an beautiful property and is a million times more lovely than the pictures! The house has 3 floors, 3 balconys and a massive terrace with a bbq so there is plenty of space! The pool was lovely and very quiet durring the week which was nice! I would advise that you hire a car as the house is not walking distance from anywhere and use the courtesy service from the airport as we got very lost trying to find it despte good directions! Gareth the agent is brilliant and is there on hand if you need anything such as taxis into town and can recomend excellent restaraunts! The only critisism of the property is that there were no sun loungers to use around the pool but other than that it was perfect! I would definately go back excellent value for money!"
