This brand new 2 bedroom apartment comprises of a lounge/dining room, American kitchen, a double bedroom and a twin bedded room, seperate bathroom and balcony overlooking the street. Air conditioning has been fitted to the lounge and double bedroom. The property is fully furnished including fridge/freezer, washing machine, hob, microwave, kettle, English TV - DVD player and has a secure entry system. Access for the disabled has been catered for with ramp access and lifts to all floors. There is access to the communal roof terrace of which give views to the beach off which is only a 1 minute walk away.  

Torrevieja is situated between 2 large and beautiful salt lakes “Salinas de Torrevieja”. The combination of salt and temperature combine to make a healthy micro-climate recommended by doctors for various ailments. The climate in Torrevieja makes it an ideal location for year round holidays.
The promenade provides an abundance of restaurants for all tastes. There are also shops a funfair and a craft market open daily, all within walking distance of the apartment. The promenade is a must in the evening for a leisurely stroll a meal and a drink (or ice-cream in one of the many ice-cream bars which are very popular with our Spanish friends) also a bit of people watching.
Playa de Los Locos is a very busy beach in the summer and is popular with locals and holiday makers alike. If you prefer peace and quiet, you will always be able to find a little spot or cove along the coast where you can read or just relax. If you want action, a full range of water sports can be found at the Marina Internacional de Torrevieja.
Villamartin golf club, Royal Campoamor golf club and Las Ramblas golf club are a short drive away.
Also in Torrevieja you will find the Habenaras shopping centre. There is a cinema and bowling complex and a large water park.
Not to be missed is the Friday street market, which is one of the largest in Spain, and sells every thing you can imagine. (the place to sample and buy your olives)

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Terence says: "My wife and I stayed in this property the first two weeks of August, 2008. The property is very central, spotlessly clean, everything you could need is supplied, owner very friendly and helpful, absolutely no negatives at all, on the ground floor with excellent access for wheelchairs, pushchairs, etc I would definately attempt to rent this property again, but I think I might have difficulties when this review is read. The resort itself is a lot bigger than we expected and we were pleasantly surprised by what was on offer in the resort. In summary, great value for money, good location, good resort, what more could you want?"
