The house is located in a quiet cul d sac, and enjoys lovely views towards the harbour and sea. From its private parking space the property is entered down a short flight of steps through a shady forecourt. On the entrance level you will find a spacious lounge/diner with comfortable furnishings, a fully fitted kitchen, and useful guest cloakroom. From the lounge patio doors lead to a spacious terrace with outside dining furniture, the perfect location for an al fresco breakfast or evening bbq. Downstairs there are two twin bedrooms with a family bathroom, whilst upstairs you will find a lovely master bedroom with en-suite facilities. From this bedroom there is a further small terrace. Within the complex there is a beautiful communal pool with a lawned area for sunbathing, outside shower, and pretty Mediterranean gardens. The house is air conditioned throughout, making it ideal for winter and summer lets.
