The villa is situated right on the La Finca Golf course, close to the 7th hole.The house has 2 floors, downstairs are two large double bedrooms, with 2 single beds in each room which can be put together, a bathroom with a tub, kitchen and a large space where the living room and the dining room is. Then there is a large terrace over looking the swimming pool. Upstairs is an open lounge with a double sofa bed, a private bathroom with a shower,and private balcony.
All floors are marble to keep the villa cool.
There is also air conditioning in every room, which can be used to keep the villa warm or cold.
The villa has wireless internet.
A welcome package is included which contains, bread, butter, cheese, ham york, water, milk, coffee, red wine, beer. If you´ld prefer not to have alcoholic drinks included please let us know.  

My first time at the villa I felt like I was in paradise. This is a really quiet area, with a beautiful swimming pool and decking all around it. The view over the golf course is great. The house is a villa with garden all around it, and private parking.

The La Finca golf course offers 18 holes + 1, each one designed by the prestigious Spanish designer Pepe Gancedo. It is a course with generous fairways and spectacular greens because of its design and variety of contours.

Among the most interesting aspects of this course are:

The green on the 7th hole, completely squared and surrounded by a spectacular bunker
The 5th and 6th holes, next to a beautiful lake with several waterfalls on their left side. This lake provides these holes not only with a water hazard, but also an added beauty that complements this already gorgeous course.
There will be a 5 star hotel with casino and health spa to be opened in 2008.

There is of course the golf course which is one of the best in Spain and there are lots of other golf courses in the area, there is a really nice restaurant, and a golf shop at the La Finca golf course. Then there are a few resturants, bars,a supermarket, and banks only a minute away.
Only five min away is a small village called Algorfa, and it´s typical spanish.
There are lots of restaurants, cafés and shops. In july there is a yearly fiesta in town with concerts, dance shows and more.
Torrevieja is only 15 min away, where there is lots to do, lots of resturants, bars, clubs, shopping, outdoor market, tivoli and lots more.
Benidorm is 45 min away where there is an adventure park and a zoo and lots more.
Murcia is 30-40 min away where there are 2 very larges shopping centers.

 

There are beautiful views over the golf course, and the citrus fields.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Upstairs. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private selec t aspect swimming pool, access to a shared selec t aspect swimming pool, a selec t aspect garden, a selec t aspect patio area, a selec t aspect balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, golf, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, climbing, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a themepark.

There are a few water parks, a zoo, tivoli, adventure parks, large shopping centers.

Torrevieja is only 15min away, lots of resturants,shopping, outdoor market, tivoli and lots more.

Dominic says: "This is a frontline villa on the very smart La Finca Golf development. It is finished to a very high standard, beautifully furnished and decorated with the photography of the owner. The house has excellent air-con, two lovely bathrooms, and very comfortable beds. The window shutter guarantee a good nights sleep. The pool is lovely and the view across the terrace over the golf course is very nice. The development was very quiet for July and we had masses of privacy. Its only a 15 minute drive to the beaches which run from Santa Palo to Guardamar, which are among the most beautiful and unspoilt anywhere in Spain. The closest supermarket is on the development but a much larger, "Consum" is a 5 minute drive away. Its exteremely easy to get around from here - the motorway is only 5 minutes away and the nearest town, Algorfa is charming. There are a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance on the development and will very soon be a smart new 5* hotel. this is a great villa in a good location."
