Its a well equipped apartment in a secure building with underground parking ,communal pool and large roof terrace.
Sleeping up to 6 people.
Two bedrooms: 1 Double I Twin plus Double sofa bed in lounge.
Kitchen is full of practical things you need for either a short holiday stay or a longer winter let. Hob, Fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric pizza pan, washing machine,iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
Lounge with dining area, colourt tv/dvd, CD player, books and games.
Balcony with patio set. Heaters and fans.
Pool: open 15th June to 15th September. 10am -3pm and 5pm to 8pm.

Nearby there are small grocery shops and a good pharmacy, with Carrefour less than a 10min drive away and Mercadona.
Visit Las Habaneras shopping centre or the excellent Friday market.
On the sea front, there is also the night market and you can also stroll along by the pavement cafes.
Also for children, the Park of Nations, 20k sq meteres of totally fenced in park with paly areas, kids train and small boating lake.
