The villa is in a peaceful stting inland from the Costa Blanca coastline, in the wine producing region of the Vinalopo Valley but is still easily accessible by the good road infrastructure. The urbanisation is set between two lovely villages, namely Hondon de las Nieves and Hondon de los Frailles which are only five minutes away by car. Hondon de las Nieves has a beautiful square with a number of bars and restaurants amidst an array of palm trees. Hondon de los Frailles also has bars and restaurants including an Indian, Pizza/kebab and even an English tea room with a gift shop. If you wish to venture further afield there are lovely beaches 

The Villa has it's own pool set in it's own grounds. We have a rooftop solarium where you can catch the sun's rays or just admire the mountain views or gaze at the stars at night. the living area has air-con/heater as well as an open fire and a roving oil-filled heater. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a full size bath with an overhead shower. There is a shower room with toilet and handbasin. The kitchen has all the usual electrical equipment and utensils.  

There are historical buildings in the area such as churches and castles. The town of Cartagena has several museums including a toy museum and a maritime museum where you can see a reconstructed fully loaded ship. There are waterfalls, theme parks, go-karts, marine parks, water parks,and much more. If you fancy a pretty train ride from Alicante to Benidorm it's available. There are fabulous street markets selling everything. There is more information in the villa along with telephone emergency numbers. 

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double with ensuite, 1 twin, 3rd bedroom has single bed & foldaway, sofa bed in living area. Solarium on the roof where you have a lovely view of the mountains. Restaurant on site. Village either side of urbanisation with supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants. Elche is 16km away & there are some lovely shopping precincts.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living area. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
