Master bedroom has double bed and fitted wardrobes with en suite. The villa has a large roof top solarium with surrounding views. The lounge/dining area is beautifully furnished offering full satellite television and opens on to a large balcony overlooking the 8 by 4 metres pool. A well equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Sun loungers are provided along with the BBQ. The villa is modern, close to the beach and convenient for Alicante.  

La Marina is situated midway between Alicante and Torrevieja about 18kms South of Alicante and 20kms North of Torrevieja, which is an old fishing town with its own harbour and fishing fleet. It is about 20 minutes drive from Alicante Airport, easily accessible from the N332 motorway (Well signposted) and 40 minutes from Murcia Airport. La Marina has many facilities including tour operators for local trips and a tourist information office. Nearby are many interesting places to visit including 4 cities within an hour’s drive of Alicante to the North. Elche an old town famous for its palm trees, West Murcia and cartegena to the South. Terra Mitica (Theme Park) and Benidorm are approx 45 minutes drive to the North. The famous resort of La Manga is less that an hour’s drive to the South and a variety of golf courses are nearby. The seaside resort of Santa Pola and Guadamar are approx 10 minutes drive.  

The villa is ideal for a nice relaxing family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of large resorts. All your requirements are at hand and are within easy walking distance. I would advise you to hire a car so you can make the most of the facilities and sight seeing within the area.  

The villa has a large roof top solarium with surrounding views. Towels are provided for you own convenience apart from beach towels. There is a large selection of DVDs, books and a number of board games available in the villa on the rare days the sun doesnt shine.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, walking, cycling, a sports center.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, flying, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo.

Santa Pola and Guadamar are approx 10 minutes drive. Go-Karting is within a 5 min drive.

Nearby are 3 cities Alicante, Elche and Murcia with its shopping centre.
