There is room for 6 in the living room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Ashlee says: "This is a good sized property with some excellent views from the balcony. The apartment is very well equipped and we were pleasantly surprised to find all the necessary essentials - as well as a few luxuries - we would need during our stay. The property is also very clean and comfortable, with adequate storage for all our belongings, as well as a safe for valuables. Its 3 bedrooms were light and airy and were all of a good size, as was the bathroom. With regards to location, the apartment is only a minutes walk away from the large and very well maintained communal pool. It is also about a ten-fifteen minute walk to the nearest bus stop, where the regular busses go to the beach, Alicante, and Santa Pola, for only 1euro 30 or so. The property is also about a 10-15 minute walk away from an array of bars and restaurants, a pharmacy, a supermarket and a bank. With this in mind, a car would be handy, but certainly not necessary if you dont mind a bit of walking and catching the bus if you plan to venture further than Gran Alacant. The keyholder was extremely friendly and happy to help us so we were very well looked after during our stay. All in all, this rental was excellent value for money and we were delighted to have stayed there."
