The house is situated in stunning countryside, although only a five mins walk into the village where you will experience the "true" Spain. There are two bars/restaurants in Orito and Monforte de Cid town, which offers more restaurants, shops and a sports centre is a 5mins drive away.
On the days you wish to explore there is everything you could want only a short drive away. The culture of Alicante City Centre, the long, sandy beaches and an array of shops and restaurants are but a 15min drive away. The sandy beaches of Santa Pola are a delight as is the more cultural city of Elche.
Alenda golf course with its stunning club house is 1 mile away and can be reached via the grape vines that are abundant in this beautiful region of Spain. GOLF lovers have the choice of at least 5 established courses in the area. ALENDA which is 4 mins from the house 18 holes/Par 72 ,Alicante club de Golf, Club de golf El Plantio(Elche),Bonalba(Muchamiel),Sierra de Altea(Altea).  

This is a modern,but traditional, new 2 bed townhouse with a beautiful landscaped garden and plenty of outside space to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Entry to the property is through a secure gate and downstairs is a large lounge/diner for 6 people with full Sky TV, a downstairs WC and fully fitted kitchen. (The sofa can be pulled out to make larger enabling a sixth person sleeping if nec)
On the first floor is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes leading to a sunny terrace with two, large relaxing chairs, a perfect place for reading that holiday novel! Also on the first floor is a twin room (sleeps 3) with bunk beds and an addditonal bed and a bathroom with full size bath and shower.
On the second floor is a large roof terrace with a comfy corner sofa and two loungers, perfect for watching the sun go down at the end of the day with a chilled glass of wine! 

This is a perfect holiday property offering peace and quiet, a slice of Spain away from the buzzing tourist trail although easily accessible as and when required.

Golf: Alenda Golf is 4 minutes from the property and is an 18 hole par 72 course covering 49 hectares. Alenda offer packages for the other courses within the group ensuring value for money across many of the regions world class clubs. Alicante Golf is 20 mins drive and contact details for them are as follows: Alicante Golf,Avda. Locutor Vicente Hipólito, 37. La Condomina. 03540 Playa San Juan Alicante, and again is an 18 hole par 72 course. El Plantio in Elche is 20 min drive. Golf & Country Club La Marquesa and La Finca Algorfa Golf are at Santa Pola, Grand Alacant - again 20 min drive Real Club de Golf Campoamor, Campo de Golf Villamartín and Club de Golf Las Ramblas de Orihuela based south of Torrevieja are a 45 min drive. Campoamor being the jewel in the crown and well worth a visit 

There is a roof terrace with a comfy corner sofa and two sun loungers in addition to a balcony and also a patio.terrace. All overlook the swimming pool. Stunning sunset views over vineyards and mountains and the monastry of San Pascual overlooks the property The property offers full SKY UK and Spanish television and has Wireless Broadband. We have a travel cot if needed.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
