This 2 bed roomed chalet (bungalow) is located in the popular Costa Blanca resort of Albir (Alfas Del Pi) located just off the N332 costal road 10 minutes North of dazzling Benidorm and just before the picturesque village of Altea.

This small resort is ideal for a family holiday. The beach is almost 600 meters long and is a mix of sand and white pebbles with clear waters running parallel to the promenade that runs as far as Altea. Every year since 2001 the beach has been awarded EU blue ribbon status. There are 2 play areas along the beach for children.

The many restaurants bars and cafes generally cater to the style and tastes of Northern Europeans. You can sample food from a wide variety of nations from traditional Spanish tapas, paellas etc. to Italian pizza, French cuisine, Chinese food, Japanese Sushi, Thai or Indian curry and Indonesian Rice table. Of course, traditional English food is widely available.

The night life in Albir is based around many bars and cafes. If you want to really have a wild time, then Benidorm is only a ten minute taxi ride away.

There is a 2 minute walk from the village up a hill (start of Sierra Helada Mountain). Not very steep and will keep you fit.
There are 3 steps up to the front door.
Not suitable for wheelchair users.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the in the lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
