The well presented villa offers accommodation for 5 people and includes a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, lounge/dining room, covered terrace with dining furniture, master bedroom with ensuite shower room, fitted wardrobes, further double/twin bedroom and single bedroom both with fitted wardrobes. There is also a utility room and family bathroom with bath and shower over.
Outside the grounds feature a variety of trees and palms, private terraces overlooking the valley, a barbecue and private pool. There are outside tables and chairs as well as sun loungers for guests 

Terra Mitica Theme Park 40 mins drive, Aqualandia Water Park and Wild Life Park at Benidorm is 45 mins drive, Historic Guadalest and the famous water pools and waterfalls are just 20 mins drive. The area around the villa is particularly good for walkers/hikers, cycling, Bird watching and sight seeing. Many reknown cycling events pass our villa and the coll de Rates Mountains. 

Along the Costa Blanca – the White Coast – you will find some of Spain’s most popular beach resorts including Gandia, Oliva, Denia, Moraira, Javea, Altea, Benissa and Calpe offering great beaches, excellent sports activities, lovely marinas and fishing ports surrounded by restaurants and bars serving some of the best of Spain’s traditional cuisine. 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
