The villa is a short drive to Javea´s sandy beach, port and town areas. Car recommended. 

The villa consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin room, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. Large kitchen with hob, extractor, fridge-freezer and microwave. TV, DVD and SKY TV

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 3 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is on one level. However, there are 2 or 3 steps up to the main entrance and 5 up to the covered terrace from the pool area. 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a zoo, a themepark.

Terra Mitica (theme park), Terra Natura (nature park) are about 40 mins drive away.

Aqualandia (water theme park) & Mundomar (water park -dolphins, seals etc) are about 40 mins away.

aileen says: "we had a wonderful stay here - the villa itself was lovely and very clean with modern furniture and good facilities. a particular highlight was the lovely pool and garden which we made great use of during our stay. the villa was in a very pleasant, quiet residential area but within easy reach of shops, beach, etc. A car is needed, and there is plenty to do within a short drive. We took the children to Terra Mitica one day which was a big hit - prepare to get wet! any queries we had during our stay were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the agent our only complaint was we didnt stay long enough - would definitely recommend the villa to family and friends"
