The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Sian says: "This property is absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk through the door and catch a glimpse of the view over la cala, and levante beach. The photos really do not do the apartment justice. Everything is provided for even a few DVDs for those quiet evenings in, made even better by the 42" plasma. There is an exceptionally large balcony with smart patio furniture and sun loungers. The bedrooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are finished to a very high standard. There are security cameras on the entrance doors with video entry and secure underground parking. We will be definately be returning to the apartment in the future as it was an absolute pleasure A car is a must if you plan to do some sight seeing or a visit to the parks. It works out a lot cheaper than getting a transfer and taxis all week. Look at paying about £90-100 for 5 days, but dont get caught by the full tank and leave it empty rip off( Its difficult to empty a tank in 5 days)"
