The apartment is located in the ORIHUELA COSTA region, near to VILLAMARTIN, with amenities and local facilities nearby (e.g. commercial centres, chemists, supermarkets, banks, shops, several restaurants and bars etc) and less than 15 minutes drive to the coast. Two medical centres are only 15 minutes from the residential and the Vega Baja Hospital is also within easy reach. The towns of San Miguel de Salinas, Bigastro and Pilar de la Horadada, with their streets markets are only a short drive away. Orihuela Costa has 16km of coast, which alternates between cliffs and beaches of fine sand - namely Punta Prima, La Zenia, Campoamor and Cabo Roig. Most of the beaches obtain the yearly Blue Flag status with their level of cleanliness and good sand. Nautical sports are available all year round thanks to the wonderful climate of the area. However, without a doubt, the main feature is the close proximity to the well-known golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas, open all year round, which have welcomed important European competitions in the last few years.

There are excellent road connections with important towns, such as the coastal town of Torrevieja with its lively nightlife or the historical town of Orihuela with architectural areas worth a visit.
 

This is a brand new 2nd floor, 2 bedroomed apartment, fully furnished and equipped, located between the Villamartin and Campoamor Golf courses, both of which are within a 15 min walk. The Mercadona supermarket is a 5 min walk. 

The extremely popular Villamartin Paza is only a 15-20 min walk where there are a number of bars and restaurants to suit all ages and budgets. Or you can try the local bars and restaurants which are only a 5 min walk.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: I was lucky to have been able to find this property in Spain as a holiday rental. I found the accomodation was of a very high standard with all the mod cons that you need whilst away on holiday. This is obviously a new property and is excellent value for money. It is situated in a quiet location and has access to a lovely pool, and is still in close proximity to many fine beaches and lots of good nightlife if required. Myself and my family would love to return to the Villamartin area to explore a little more. Thank you for the stay, Regards Stephen
