The house in Calle Costereta is a four storey old property in the old town of Villajoyosa.
The door from the street on the ground floor opens into the kitchen which because of the authentic Spanish tiles is very cool in the summer.
The first floor is the bedroom with a double bed and Juliet balcony generally the doors remain open for fresh air and crime rate is virtually non existant there is also the option for two put u up beds.
The second floor is the lounge with a double sofabed and Juliet balcony. TV and DVD player.
The third floor is the bathroom and terrace complete with barbeque and a lovely area to while away the evenings with a glass or two of the local wine!
The property is located in the historical old town of Villajoyosa. It is only 5 mins walk from the beautiful quiet beach and some fantastic restaurants and bars and 5 mins walk to the various shops in the old town itself.
For those wanting a more lively day / night out Benidorm is only a 15 min drive away. There is an hourly train service that runs along the coast from Alicante to Denia and in parts is very scenic. It is also very cheap and can take you to places such as Terra Mitica and Terra Natura theme parks and Altea. There is also a regular bus service in to Benidorm.
End of rental cleaning of 40 Euros, paid locally, is the only addtional charge.

The house has everything you need and more - a real home from home. It is nicely furnished and very clean. We spent most of our time on the roof terrace relaxing and lapping up the sun. It is close to both the beach and the town. We enjoyed it so much we are already trying to book for next year."
