Herandos is a spacious 3 bedroom 3 story traditional spanish house. Top floor comprises of a double bedroom with new en-suite bathroom and shower, air-conditioning, large wardrobe on landing. Second floor has twin bedded room with balcony and full width wardrobe, air conditioning. Another bed can be pulled out to allow this room to sleep 3. A re-fitted bathroom and shower. Single room with bunk beds. Ground floor has separate WC, safe, hall. Large lounge with open fireplace, TV, DVD, CD player and double bed settee. Fully fitted separate kitchen. Large separate dining room. Laundry room/storage room. Outside to the rear has patio area with portable BBQ, and private pool. The front of the property has a garden with patio area. This is a large spacious house ideal for a family holiday.  

Herandos is set in a quiet urbanisation 10 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of the Plaza with its abundance of bars and restaurants. It is ideally situated as the sun rises on the back patio and stays on the pool until late afternoon, after which time it sets on the front allowing you to get the last rays of sun in the evening. Herandos is built on the edge of the urbanisation allowing views and walks of the countryside. There is a tapas bar very conveniently situated on Lomas. A bus runs from the Plaza every 15 minutes to the local beaches. Visitors to Herandos are also allowed to use the communal pools on Lomas.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a west facing balcony, interesting views, a barbeque.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, golf, tennis, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
