There are many forms of entertainment in and around the area making hiring a car not a necessity. Within walking distance is the “Blue Flag” beach of La Zenia and should you have a car there are also the beaches of Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca and Campoamor. Villamartin Plaza itself features many well known restaurants with cuisine for all corners of the globe. For night life there are several pubs and night clubs offering entertainment for all.

By car there are many other tourist sights to see in towns such as Murcia, Guadalest, Cartagena and Torrevieja all within an hours drive. In Torrevieja there is the water park for all ages and not much further is the Safari Park and Terra Mitica Theme Park.

All in all with beaches, tourist attractions of the area and the food and night life, this area will satisfy most holiday requirements to suit all walks of life.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Anne says: "Villa was very nice but not that clean. The fridge and cutlery had to be washed before use. The oven was very dirty and there was a lack of kitchen utensils. The bed linen and towels (although clean) were very old and had seen better days. The television wasnt working but I later found out that the cable provider had gone bankrupt. The pool was really nice but the surrounding area and the terraces also had to be swept and washed down. The location was quite central and the local supermarket was very cheap. Despite my initial reaction to the cleanliness of the villa I must say we all had a good holiday. My two grandchildren were crying because they didnt want to come home and leave the pool behind."

Confused is my comment on this review. The villa had been completely cleaned and inspected. The cutlery was brand new as bought just the day before and as for lack, it was fully kitted again with brand new kitchen utensils! All bed linen is directly from the laundry and pressed and starched, inspected before use. As for the terraces, in Spain there is sand and dust which although cleaned today will be dirty tomorrow. I feel your comments are poor as you can see from the rest of our properties the reviews are very good and they are cleaned and managed by the same people. I am glad you enjoyed your holiday though and only wish you had taken up any queries on arrival as they would have been dealt with immediately and your holiday that much better.
