El Mirador ND is a modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom end of terrace house in a lovely residential setting overlooking Benidorm and within a few minutes of numerous quality attractions, golf courses, shopping centres and beaches. The property, that is fully air-conditioned, will sleep up to 6 people. The front door leads into the hallway with toilet and washroom to one side and the kitchen to the other. The lounge is at the front of the house with English television and another dining area. Patio doors take you to the covered naya and a private garden laid to grass. A gate at the end of the garden leads to the communal landscaped gardens and two swimming pools. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds and 2 full bathrooms.

You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a east facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
