Las Chumberas is situated in Hondon de Las Nieves in the Costa Blanca, 30 minutes drive inland from Alicante Airport. It has beautiful, uninterrupted views of the mountains, almond and fig groves and vineyards.

The apartment is situated on the upper floor of our lovingly-restored stone farmhouse (separate access) and is ideally located for a stress-free and relaxing break away from it all.

The apartment has been fully refurbished and tastefully furnished. The bathrooms are fully tiled and each have a shower, sink and toilet.

Las Chumberas has a private 10 metre by 5 metre swimming pool with Roman steps and a large sunbathing terrace with a shower.

Sun beds and sun-shades are provided.

From the pool you have great views of the valley and the mountains which surround Las Chumberas. 

There are many restaurants around the area where you can buy reasonable food at a good price. The Menu of the Day (Menu del Dia) is a three course lunch available at most restaurants. The average cost in this area is 8-9 Euros per head.

The master bedroom has a four-poster bed.

The country house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Fold-down bed can fit in any room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The country house has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
