Dining area offers eating area leading to outside court yard for early evening drinks. Beautifully fully fitted kitchen with fridge, electric hob, dishwasher, completed with granite worktop finish. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge freezer, cloakroom with WC.

Brand new fitted kitchen with granite work top throughout. Fully equipped, dishwasher, large oven, touch hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and has the added extra of a good sized utility room.

Double bedroom leading onto the pool and terrace, with luxury ensuite bathroom. Enjoy an evening in the fully glazed naya conservatory beautiful furniture and soft music leading out to the pool and terrace. On the lower level youll find the master bedroom two benefiting from large dressing room, ensuite bathroom with double walk in shower.

Third and Fourth bedroom comprises double bed fitted wardrobes, Jack and Jill bathroom with double walk in shower. Bedroom Five the family room benefits from double bed with ensuite bathroom and and an adjoining twin room. Youll also enjoy the benefit of additional large lounge equipped with flat screen tv, game cube, playstation and much more. Also comprising small gymnasium with treadmill, multigym, exercise bike and mats. Large storage area for luggage. 

Outside dining is a must in the summer months, the terrace has a beautiful 14 seater stone table & 6 seater near to the outside kitchen. There are also other areas to relax and unwind.

Swimming pool 16m x 6m, depth from 20 cm-225cm(beach slope). Childrens beach play area with volley ball and badminton, french bowls, professional pool table, table tennis, full size private tennis court with tennis coach if required.

There are 2 flat screen tvs located in both lounge areas and a music system.

Theres plenty to do here, being only 10 minutes from Moraira, Javea, Denia the options are endless. Theres lots of bars, restaurants, shops, beaches and so much more.

Local to the lovely beaches and towns of Javea, Moraira, calpe, Benissa with plenty of restaurants to suite all tastes. All towns offer lots of shops and boutiques and weekly markets. Easy access to many attractions from theme parks to watersports to long walks in the mountains. The list is endless.

The house is available all year round for £3000 per week. The house is truly beautiful and is surrounded with lots of unique features. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday and includes linen change once a week. The pool and gardens are maintained twice a week in summer months and once a week in winter months. For Christmas bookings you can be rest assured it really will feel like Christmas. 35% deposit is required to secure your booking and a £500 refundable security deposit which is returned after your departure.

 

The finca comprises 7 bedrooms in total; 6 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 5 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge area. This gives room for up to 14 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The finca has 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the finca cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The finca has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. Recreational activities available with the finca include a home gym, a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 14 in the living room and 14 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The swimming pool has a slopping entrance so no steps. There is also a bedrooms on both levels. 

The finca is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area (with heater), panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The finca is right beside swimming, walking, tennis.

Close to the finca you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.
