A very centric studio-apartment (35m2 or 380 ft2), within minutes walk to Las Ramblas. Located on the fifth floor of a building without elevator.

It leads into another space which consists of a sitting area with a large sofa-bed, and a private corner with a double bed and storage space. There is a small bathroom with a shower. Part of the inside wall is made of glass, ensuring a lot of light throughout the apartment.
