The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

Liz says: "The problems started with this apartment when it was originally booked. I had used this website before, and would say that Villarenters.com are very helpful and in no way did I have any problems with them. In fact, they tried their best to sort out the problems I was having with the owner of the apartment. The deposit was required straight away upon confirmation, with no time to check with the others staying. However, I emailed the owner and advised of the situation and confirmed that I would pay in full (not just the deposit) within 24 hours when I spoken to the others. I did this as agreed, and promptly got an email from the owner telling me that they wanted to be paid on arrival, and not via the website. It was left to me to get in touch with Villarenters to resolve this. However, after Villarenters got in touch with the owner, it was agreed that payment could be left as it had been done. The arrival instructions were inaccurate, as the owner wanted the details a week before we were due to arrive, instead of ringing upon landing as per the arrival instructions. When we arrived at the apartment, it was well below the standard we had expected from the photographs. The apartment was originally advertised as being on the second floor, which turned out to be the fourth floor with no lift (this has now been corrected on the website). The apartment was dark, dingy and damp inside. We had rain on both nights we stayed at the apartment, and on both mornings we woke up with a large puddle in the middle of the floor in the kitchen / dining room area. The photos on the website were clearly taken on a very very sunny day with all the windows open, and were also out of date judging by the decor. Of the two bedrooms, only one was habitable. The master bedroom was clean, but the bath and shower etc in the corner of the room was disgraceful. The taps were literally hanging out of the wall. The other bedroom had a shower area and handbasin in one corner, from which there was a shocking smell of raw sewage. This meant that the bedroom could not be slept in. We had a problem with one set of keys which would not work, and these were sorted out very quickly by the owner. However, when we mentioned the disgusting smell from the second bedroom shower, nothing was done, nothing was offered as help. We ended up pouring bleach down the drain, but that did not make any difference. As I say, no help was offered in regard to the problem. There were no plugs in any of the handbasins, and the door handle to the master bedroom came off in our hands. The other door handles were not a great deal better. The balcony for the master bedroom could not really be used due to an air conditioning (unconnected) taking up most of the balcony with no room to spare. I have emailed the owner since returning outlining the problems, but have had no response since - the email was sent two weeks ago. In summary, I would say that the website did not accurately describe the shocking state of the apartment, and once the owner had received payment no further interest or help was really offered. Although more than willing to book again through this website, I would not be prepared to stay in any of this owners apartments based on my recent experience."
