Using delicate colours and natural light make a warm atmosphere. Contrasting with the restored beams we find the lightness of the studio where modern materials and light colours like blue, beige, white… have been used. 

This lovely apartment is situated in the most bohemian district of Barcelona, the Borne. In a pedestrian and quiet street you will arrive to the realy centre walking by the narrow streets of the area and discovering small squares and charming corners.
This area is plenty of restaurants, bars and designer shops.
In 5 minutes walking is the bottom part of this district where is the famous Santa Maria del Mar church, Borne avenue and Picasso museum.
Less than 10 minutes walking from Plaza Cataluña and Las Ramblas
