The second is a single room, with a comfortable single bed and bedside cabinet. This room also has access to the balcony.

In the bathroom is a modern all-white suite, with tiled floors. Towels are provided for all guests.
Art-lovers will enjoy the original paintings on the walls throughout the apartment, which were painted by a local Barcelona artist.
The sophisticated and well thought-out refurbishment is apparent in the impressive living space. This room continues the ´old and new´ theme. You can unwind on one of the comfortable sofas or take an evening drink outside on the large balcony, which has two chairs. This room also has a flatscreen TV and dining set.

Jim says: "The property is as described. Everything worked, apartment was clean as was bedding etc. It is quite small, but adequate for our party of four. it is quite well situated within fairly short walking distance to many attractions and reasonably close to a metro station. The one big negative is the noise. It's directly above a tapas bar which stays open late and there's a cafe across the street that opens at 07.00 to the sound of a hissing cappucino machine. The street outside is a major walking thouroughfare for drunks walking home in the small hours too. So you have the choice of listening to the noise and keeping the windows open for ventilation or keep the noise down with the windows closed at night - not good if it's hot. I'd only recommend it if getting sleep isn't an issue to you."
