The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

martin says: "my family and I were met at the entrance to the resort by Alan our meet and greet, he showed us round the property and gave us an induction, this was important and was very welcome. the villa was spacious and luxuriously furnished, we were not disappointed. there was a small greetings package of wine bread and food, the owner Neil left a very informative guide(fool proof) on how to work appliences etc, also a first rate guide on whats on and whats near you. the swimming pool was excellent, large and clean, plenty of sun loungers and alfresco eating areas in the garden,, the resorts facilities were new and first class, none of my family are golfers, this di dnt matter a jot, if you are looking to relax and need rest, this is the villa for you, a thoroughly nice holiday, at great surroundings, faultless, thanks Neil for the oppertunity to stay at your villa."
