The apartment has a private entrance and parking facilities. There is also a brand new walled pool area with a sun terrace and swimming pool measuring 10 x 8 metres with a maximum depth of 1.5 metres. Adjacent is a barbecue with oven. 

Several excellent beaches can be found south towards the coastline of Mazarron with its Port and east to the Mar Menor and La Manga. All are approximately 30 minutes drive from the accommodation.

The new Hacienda del Alamo golf complex is just 5 minutes drive away and currently has two Golf courses. There are numerous other golf courses in the area, all within easy reach. A taxi service from the airport and to and from the golf courses is available for a small fee, if required.  

We do have Broadband with Wi/Fi installed at the house. If you have a laptop with Wi/Fi then you can use this facility for free.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television dvd. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a clothes drier. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
