Downstairs the property has a delightful bedroom with two single beds (can be zip-linked into a king-size), family bathroom including bath, shower & w.c. The spacious lounge & dining room has a flatscreen TV & DVD for your entertainment. Patio doors open onto a wonderful garden terrace bordering the lake & golf course. The garden terrace has a large table & seating for six for that Al Fresco dining experience.

A modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
A Staircase leads from the lounge to a stunning master bedroom with en-suite bathroom including bath, shower & w.c. King size bed (can be separated into 2 singles) Patio doors lead onto a large terrace, which has breathtaking views across the lake & golf course. The patio furniture provided makes the ideal setting for early morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

Staircase leads onto a large sun terrace, again with fantastic views of the lake and golf and offers sun loungers for topping up your tan.
The property has air conditioning in the lounge and dining area and full central heating for those cooler months.
Travel cot and highchair are provided free of charge and the usual essentials such as iron, ironing board, hairdryer & straighteners
To the front of the property there is a private driveway with space for 1 car and ample off road parking opposite.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster.
