The house is within a beautiful complex which has a landscaped garden with palm trees and a communal swimming pool. The house itself is large. There are two double-sized bedrooms upstairs, one with patio doors leading to a balcony, both overlooking the garden and pool. There is also a large bathroom. Downstairs there is a large lounge/dining area with a television and satelite TV. The house has a good sized kitchen with all the modern conveniences to make it comfortable and there is a utility area off the kitchen. There is a double bedroom downstairs and a shower room with a toilet for convenience. There are patio doors leading onto a large patio area, so you have the choice of soaking up the sun on the patio or to go on the grass, closer to the pool. 

Mar de Cristal is a quiet village that is increasing in popularity and many people are discovering this area. It's speciality is that it is still fairly Spanish and not spoilt by mass tourism. The house is five minutes walk to the Mar Menor - a beautiful beach with cristal clear waters, hence the name Mar de Cristal (Crystal Sea). The water is warm and shallow, making it ideal for children. Many different water sports can be enjoyed here. There are two well-stocked supermarkets approximately 10 minutes from the house. There are restaurants and cafeterias within 10 minutes walking distance from the house. 

Close to Mar de Cristal are other Spanish villages, such as Los Belones, 10 minutes drive away, which is full of shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a doctors surgery there. La Manga Club, which is very beautiful is 10 minutes drive away and incorporates the famous Golf and Sports facilities as well as many bars and restaurants. La Manga Strip is 10 minutes drive the other way. This is very unique, as it is literally a strip, the Mediterranean one side and the Mar Menor, where Mar de Cristal is is on the other side. It is very beautiful and has many shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. Nightlife is great here, with some clubs closing early hours of the morning. Many water sports can be experienced here and other activities are catered for such as trampolining, tennis and go-karting. 

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
