Our Villa
Just 20 minutes from Murcia Airport or an hours drive from Alicante, situated on La Manga Club complex. The villa on two floors is spacious and airy with easy access.Full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer months and heated in winter. You have your own lime and olive trees outside.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is close to one of the community pools.The large terrace has views of the Mar Menors beach in the distance. There is also a roof top terrace for the serious sun worshipper.
We do ask that smoking is only on the terraces and not inside.Pets are not allowed.
The weekly rates include all bed linnen and towels. For stays of 2 weeks or longer a mid stay clean and change of linnen is included. Beach towels are not provided.

Living/Dining Room- gas fire, SkyTV,HiFi,ample seating, double patio doors to extended terrace with built in barbecue and patio furniture.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, scuba diving, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

what a lovely villa you have we were all bowled over by it. Can't think of anything negative to say, very well equipped and comfortable. Lovely meals out and nice days out in Cartagena and Murcia.We had the pool most days to ourselves. Thankyou once again Liz & family.
