The Villa is in an ideal position i the heart of the Mar Menor resort. It is close to the amenities that are on site and all the facilities you need to make your stay enjoyable.

The reason I bought this Villa was down to its location within the site and the fact that this part of Spain was relatively under developed. In the past two years things have moved on at a 'pace' and it is a perfect destination for a family trip.

The sea is 5km down the road and this is wonderful for children as it is really safe for the kids to play in the surf as it is shallow. The beaches are clean and uncrowded and perfect for a picnic at any time of the day as the sun shines most of the year round.

There has been a number of new gold courses opened recently which has given the discerning golfer much more choice and better deals to play. 

 

 

The back garden has been beautifully tiled to provide a great area for sunbathing. This area is completely secure for young children. There is also a heated swimming pool (additional charge) for the winter months. The Villa is in easy access to the main restuarants and conference centre and supermarket.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, golf, tennis, a sports center, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find mountain biking, horse riding.

It has a lovely pool and although it was overlooked by a number of other villas it still retained its privacy through the use of fencing and hedging.
