The property itself is furnished to a very high standard. It has full satellite TV, including sports channels and movies. It comes with DVD player, surround sound system and PS2 with games suitable for all ages. Along with a wide range of DVDs books and CDs available for use whilst renting the property.
Outside is a private swimming pool and a table tennis table with all equipment, along with mountain bikes and tennis racquets.

Each room has - one 6ft Master Bed in the master en suite room, and 2 twin beds in each of the further 2 bedrooms which can also be joined together to make 6ft beds.

Again all of the furniture has been picked to a very high standard reflecting that of the type of person we believe will want to rent our villa. 

The resort is still under completion, hence is is a very quiet resort. The golf course is completed and currently has a small club house and restaurant. By May the resort should have a completed golf clubhouse with restaurant, bar and supermarket all on site. Tennis facilties and further shops,restaurants are currently a 10 minute drive away at La Torre Golf Resort. Cartagena is 30 minutes away by car and Murcia only 15 minutes away by car - both Cities have areas of an interesting historic nature.
The Villa has its own private pool and the pool area is surrounded by a Bamboo wall, screening the villa from it's neighbours. The views from the garden are of the surrounding hills and mountain ranges around Murcia town. These are also suitable areas for Mountain biking and hiking. 

As this is a Polaris Resort development it may be suitable to those buying in Polaris as a rental whilst viewing their property. If you are a keen golfer or sports person the resort allows you access to all of the Polaris Golf developments and is only 30 minutes away from La Manga club. Tennis facilities are available along with Mountain biking and Hiking.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

It has a private north facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, a north facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, mountain biking, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a restaurant, a food shop.

Clubhouse views stunning - Supermarket on site , just opened .Bar and restuarant also opened - tried them once seemed good. Bobby Villa Manager very helpful. Had great time - weather superb very relaxing - would recommend this as a high quality villa with good security"
