Our brand new luxury property on the much sought-after La Torre Golf resort comprises a spacious 2nd floor apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 large balconies.

The apartment occupies a stunning front-line golf location looking out onto the 4th fairway and green, with wider views over the golf course and the beautiful unspoilt Murcia countryside. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a lounge/dining room and separate kitchen. The apartment is fully centrally heated for the winter months and has air conditioning in the living area for those long, hot summers. We also have an allocated underground car parking space for your use.

The large, front balcony also overlooks the spectacular pool and separate kids paddling pool which are shared by a small number of apartments.

The apartment is ideally situated within the resort, just a one minute walk from the supermarket and a 3 minute walk from the golf and social club and restaurants.

Lounge/Dining Room/Balcony 1 - furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style, the lounge has 2 sofas (the larger of which converts to a comfortable, good quality double sofa bed), an extendable solid wood dining table seating up to 6, matching wooden chairs and a coffee table. Satellite TV is available and a DVD player is also provided along with a selection of DVDs, paperbacks and games.

The impressive main balcony is accessed from the lounge and boasts uninterrupted views over the swimming pool, the golf course and on to the Murcia countryside. Patio furniture is provided including sun loungers that may be used at the poolside.


Kitchen - the spacious modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and a full range of crockery, utensils, cutlery and pans.


Bedrooms / Bathrooms - both bedrooms have 2 single beds which can be pushed together to create a double bed. Both have large built-in wardrobes and bedside drawer units giving plenty storage space for your clothes. There is a radio/alarm clock in one of the bedrooms and they both have doors opening onto a smaller balcony at the rear of the apartment. The luxurious bathroom has a full-size bath with shower and a bidet.

We can arrange the rental of cots, high chairs and most other equipment you might need. We also provide thoughtful extras such as beach towels, hairdryer, UK electric adaptors and sun-loungers for use by the pool.  

 

 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin and 2 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.

WE HAD AN EXCELLENT HOLIDAY AND WILL RETURN LATER IN 2010, THE ONLY DOWN SIDE WAS THE 65 EURO CHARGE FOR CLEANING A LITTLE OVER PRICED I THINK!"
