Great 2 Bedroom Apartment for holiday rental in the Marina de Bolnuevo complex. The Apartment is close to beaches and has terrific mountain views. It is very comfortably furnished - a real 'Home from Home'. It can sleep up to 6 and has a private roof terrace. There is living space inside and out - all you need for a relaxing holiday. 

Bolnuevo is a quieter Spanish resort on the Gulf of Mazarron which is only just being discovered by other Europeans, there are are no tour operators here. Although typically Spanish there are British who have settled in the area and opened up a business (Restaurants/Shops).
Fishing nets are still laid out from boats drawn up on the beach and fish caught here can be eaten in some local restaurants.

The village is developing as a family resort with a mile-long beautiful sandy beach, local bars,restaurants and shops.

The busier town of Puerto de Mazarron is only 3km away and this has lots of bigger shops/restaurants and a new Marina development. It also has nightclubs, cinema and banks.
 

To the west, there is a rocky coastline with low cliffs and coves reached by unmade roads. Some of these coves are designated as Naturist beaches. Along 20 km of coast there is only one small village.

Further east are the seaside villages of Isla Plana and L'Azohia.

Inland are the mountains of the Espuna Natural Park, with a drive to the highest peak (over 5,000 feet), spectacular views, picnic areas and many forest tracks for walking and mountain-biking.

There are 19 golf courses within about an hour and half drive, including the new Dave Thomas designed Championship Course 40 minutes away at Funte Alamo.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Area. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside a beach, swimming, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, golf, scuba diving, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find climbing, mountain biking, horse riding, a museum.

There is a new 10 Pin Bowling/Games Arcade at Totano which also has a lovely Soft Play for Kids.

Historic Lorca ,Cartegena and the Sierra Espuna are a short drive away.
