The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed, 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a summer house, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. The villa is right beside swimming, walking, tennis, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find cycling, horse riding, golf, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a theatre/cinema.

Michael says: "Having previously stayed in Casa Millie-Mai up the road we knew to have high expectations and we werent dissapointed. The villa is lovely and was just right for us 6 adults with enough space to live but not too much that you rattle around....and lets face it outdoors is where its at anyway. The pool is great with sunbeds provided for soaking up the rays but there is also a lovely shaded sitting area by the main door to cool off (if youre still too hot the air conditioning works a treat). The pool bar is superb with its built in barbecue and was a focal point for the evenings. The local village has a small supermarket with a great butcher and a market every Wednesday and theres a large supermarket 10 miles away. The arrangements were easy as Glenn was very helpful and called before we left to give us some tips etc. All in all a lovely villa and a wonderful relaxing holiday in the sun."
