Downstairs

This property has a large lounge that boasts a large wide screen TV, satellite, DVD player c/w cinema surrond sound and a Playstation 2.
The main bedroom has an expensive kingsize bed and large ensuite bathroom consisting of a shower, bath, sink and bidet. The second bedroom has 2No. single beds. Both bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes.
There is also a tastefully decorated glazed sun-room on the front of the villa which allows you to be able to keep an eye on the kids whilst you take your time over breakfast.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, microwave, cooker, and a fridge freezer.

Upstairs

There is a very spacious bedroom that hosts a super kingsize bed, television and video with access to the satellite TV. The bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom
consisting of a bath, shower, sink and bidet. From the bedroom you can access the large private solarium which is just perfect for quiet peaceful sunbathing or an ideal place for watching the beautiful sunsets.

Outside

Within the large grounds of the property you will find a fantastic 11x6m pool that comes complete with a childrens area. Around the pool is a large tiled area ideal for sunbathing. There is also a barbecue area suitable for outside dining. The grounds are completely secluded and private with high walls on all sides decorated with beautiful trees and roses.
Ample space is provided for off-road parking.

The villa is located literally 5 min walk from the 18 hole golf course. Also within walking distance approx 500 metres is a commercial complex that is well served by a supermarket, restaurants, bars, banks, medical facilities, internet cafe, and even a bowling alley.

For those golf lovers, apart from the excellent 18 hole golf course on site, there is the 'Hacienda Del Alamo', a Dave Thomas designed course & one of the finest in Spain, only 20 mins away. There are 8 further stunning courses within only an hours drive away. 

Costa Calida ( or warm coast) boasts an average of 320 days sunshine per year. So if you are looking for either a summer vaction or an escape from the gloomy winter weather of home, Costa Calida is the place for you.

It is found in south-east Spain and is fabulously unspoilt region. The area is home to many golf spectular golf courses, wonderful beaches and breath-taking scenery.

Costa Calida is not just sunshine, it has a very rich and very interesting heritage. Cartagena, for instance, just twenty minutes from Villa Belmonte, is home to several archeological sites including a roman theatre, stunning cathedrals, and museums.

This area of Spain also caters for those looking for some exciting nightlife, with many bars and clubs in the coastal areas.  

Camposol, where the villa is actually located, is a beautiful modern complex with stunning panoramic mountain views. There is certainly plenty to do with the complex hosting: 18 hole golf course, driving range, bars, restaurants, bowling alley, tennis courts, dentists, vets, pharmacy, gym, and even a DIY store. It is less than a 10 minutes drive from Mazarron.
It is home to many Brits and certainly has warm community spirit with residents being very friendly. The crime rate at Camposol is also one of the lowest in Spain.


Puerto de Mazarron is a coastal town that host several award winning beaches. The new promenade in the port is something to behold. There are facilities for surfing, jet-skiing and scuba diving. There is also a local Sunday market there and festivals held at various times throughout the year.

Mazarron itself is located to the west of Cartagena. From there are excellent road links and airports at Alicante (1hr 5mins) and San Javier Murcia airport (35 mins). Tapas bars, and various international restaurants make sure everybodys tastes are cater for.

Bolnuevo, a town next to Mazarron, is also home to beautiful sandy beaches and traditional restaurants. Also, those that way inclined, there are several nudist beaches.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Conservatory/Living Room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a north facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, cycling, mountain biking, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a themepark.
