The apartment is a brand new, 2 bedroom, luxury golf apartment on the new La Torre Golf Resort from Polaris World. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor and can be easily accessed via the stairs or a lift, which takes you from the secure underground car-park right to the apartment front door. The accommodation comprises of 2 twin bedrooms, both fully equipped with fitted wardrobes & drawers and air-conditioning in each room for your comfort. Wall mounted, flat screen TVs are provided in each bedroom and they have built in DVD slots down the side. (Bed linen & towels are provided for your use, although please bring your own beach towels).

The lounge/dining room is furnished to a very high standard including a wall mounted 42" plasma TV complete with DVD player, which also plays CDs some are provided, but we recommend to bring your own as well. Two chocolate brown leather sofas, a coffee table and matching dining table and chairs, all help to make you feel comfortable & at home. The lounge also benefits from remote controlled air-conditioning as well.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and sandwich toaster. A Polaris World drinking water cooler is also provided for your use, replacement bottles of water can be purchased at a small cost from the onsite supermarket.

On the terrace we have provided a table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining, there is nothing nicer than relaxing on the terrace with a glass of wine and looking at stunning views of 2 fantastic pools, the golf and a lake. To cater for the sun-worshippers there are 4 private sunloungers for use by the pools. 

The resort has a very well planned layout, and is amongst beautifully landscaped gardens supported by EDSA - a leading US company in designing tourist complexes around the world. The 'Florida Style' homes are spread around a fantastic 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus and situated within an enclosed perimeter with 24 hour security. As a guest on a Polaris World Resort, you can use any one of the many communal pools, tennis courts and childrens play areas. The magnificent Town Centre offers all types of services: A social centre, bars and restaurants. A luxury 5 star hotel (Crowne Plaza) with conference centre & business facilites, due to be completed now in 2008. The onsite supermarket offers a home delivery service as well, the phone in the apartment can be used free to make calls directly to the supermarket, to place your order. The 5 star clubhouse, restaurants, bars and an ice cream parlour are all open. Internet access is available at a small cost. Car hire would be strongly advised, if you wish to go out of the resort. Taxis are available, if you call 1000 free from the apartment phone, you will be connected to the La Torre Call Centre, and they will arrange for a taxi to collect you from the apartment. Alternatively you can call free or go in person to the clubhouse reception and they can book taxis for you (1/2 days in advance).

The views from the apartment are stunning, looking onto a fantastic children's pool and a very large adult's pool. The 11th and 17th fairways can be viewed from the terrace as well. There are many childrens play areas throughout the resort to keep the younger kids busy. Older kids may want to go off the resort for other activities, car hire is essential if you wish to go out of the resort.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, golf, tennis, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, fishing, cycling, a sports center.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find walking, mountain biking, horse riding, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema.

A new waterpark has just opened it is just off the A30 Cartegena to Murcia road, salida 136.
