All have fitted wardrobes, heating and air conditioning.
Bed 1 has kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom.
Bed 2 is a twin/kingsize and Bed 3 has twins plus cot. Beds 2 & 3 share a bathroom.

The large ground floor covered terrace is now fully glazed more than doubling the "living area". The lounge is furnished with leather recliner settees.

The kitchen is fully fitted with more than ample pots/pans/crockery and cutlery. Tea Pot, kettle and mugs for that early morning tea on the terrace. 

The garden is now well established with trees, bushes and plants. The whole plot is landscaped with lawns and the pool has a safety cover and is fenced.

The south westerly aspect of the villa means there is sun and shade available all day. 

This Polaris World is a 5* Golf Resort with all the facilities you need on the Resort, but is only minutes from beautiful beaches and historic towns.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, access to a shared west facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, golf, tennis, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, a sports center, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, flying, mountain biking, scuba diving, historic sites, a themepark.
