Former fisherhouse completely restored. suitable for RELAXING HOLIDAYS, FAMILY OR COUPLE HOLIDAYS on the beach. With 3 bedrooms, our house is an open concept with kitchen, dining and living areas combined. Equipped up to 6 people. Private property with fantastic sea views only metres from the sea. Quiet and unspoilt beach.  

Getting up early in the morning and have a wonderful breakfast ( with your FRESH BREAD DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR) at the LARGE TERRACE LOOKING TO THE SEE will be probably one of the most exciting moments of your stay.
Although Parazuelos-Calnegre beach is rather 2 kms long, you can also visit the nearer Percheles beach with its marvellous palm trees or drive 10 minutes and discover the Calnegre-Cabo Cope Regional Park and its stunning coves. 

The property is located just in between Mazarron and Lorca municipalities. So you can discover the best spots of boths districts. The district of Cartagena contains townships as Cartagena ( which has the Spanish Naval Headquarters, large marina and port, museums and many shops) or Mazarrón. Lorca district with Lorca city, its castle or Murcia, the regional capital having an exciting and wide cultural offers 

available on request: SPANISH LESSONS, BIKE HIRING, AIRPORT TRANSFERS, REGIONAL COOKING LESSONS For the winter months, a free bag of wood will be available on arrival. Further bags can be delivered on request.

The cottage comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The cottage has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the cottage cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The cottage has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this cottage.

Not suitable for wheelchairs 

The cottage is in a very quiet area. It has a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The cottage is right beside a beach, swimming, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, a food shop.

Close to the cottage you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the cottage you will find historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

Mazarron Council organises different free sport & cultural activities for children & adults

Golf courses Spa Center, cinema and theatres can be reached within a short drive distance.
