The La Manga Club three-storey property forms part of an attractive, quiet development of around 20 town houses built around a large shared swimming pool. The La Manga Club community known as Las Brisas, boasts the finest landscaped gardens in the resort. The house is fully air conditioned with individual room controls. There is also under floor heating for the rare cooler Winter nights where it might be needed.

Kitchen
Fully equipped with brand new fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer. As we are particularly keen cooks and generally self cater, so there is a full range of implements for all types of cooking. Dinning area
Furnished with a dining table offering comfortable seating for six (can be extended to eight) and sideboard containing board games and other entertainment.

Lounge area
Furnished with three-seater settee (sofa bed), a two-seater settee and a coffee table, on top of which you will find a useful guide to the La Manga Club. A media unit with 32” flat screen TV and DVD player. The TV is linked into the La Manga Club cable system, which includes Sky Sports and around 50 other channels. For added convenience a telephone will take incoming calls.

Outside terrace
French doors lead to a large outside terrace furnished with table and chairs (together with sun loungers) that can comfortably sit six people. There is also a fully retractable electric awning designed to keep the terrace cool during Summer afternoons. A short flight of stairs takes you down to the gardens. These are beautifully maintained and provide a great play area for kids. Access is strictly limited to guests staying at Las Brisas. A 17 meter pool is the real centre piece, keen swimmers will always find plenty of space to put in a few lengths, while younger guests enjoy playing in the shallow child-friendly area.

Master bedroom
Large room, furnished with a very comfortable Queen-sized double bed, bedside tables, built in triple-cupboards and spectacular dressing table (open up and see for yourselves). Off the bedroom is a large on-suite bathroom with a double basin unit, bath/shower and separate toilet area.

Twin-room
Double room, furnished with two single beds, bedside tables, built in double-cupboards and large on-suite shower room with toilet and basin.

Stairs lead to a large roof terrace, which has spectacular views across the La Manga Club resort and beyond towards the sea.
 

Flying to La Manga is easy – with a wide choice of airlines. The nearest airport, Murcia, is around 20 minutes from the resort. Alternatively, Alicante airport is only an hour away.
