Parazuelos Property comprises 4 cottages ( 2 of them leading to the beach and the 2 others back, leading to the garden.
If this cottage is not available or you want to come with family or friends, we can accomodate you in our other cottages at the same property (ref. 34 164 and ref. 34472)
This property is ideal destination for relax holidays, living right on the beach.
IIf you want to discover the intimate and unspoilt coves, fishing, walking or biking and enjoy all kind of water activities, this is the right place.

But if you prefer to live in town, walking distance to the supermarket, bus station, restaurants, and even the beaches and the new marina, then you shoud book our lovely townhouse in centre Puerto de Mazarron (ref. 31581) 

 

 

The cottage comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed 1 double bunk bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The cottage has 1 bathrooms for your party's use.

The cottage has television satellite/cable. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this cottage.

The cottage is in a very quiet area. It has a east facing garden, a west facing patio area, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The cottage is right beside a beach, swimming, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking.

Close to the cottage you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the cottage you will find horse riding, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

Suzanne says: "This house is to good to be true. It felt like an Bounty island with a private beach. The house is really ON the beach, we hadn`t have this before during our holidays, and it was very very luxurious and beautifull. The surroundings around the house with all the tomato and melonfields are a little strange but when you enter the property you will be astonnished of all the beauty. I must say the weather was perfect, the bougainville tree was completely pink and it was like we are stepped into a painting. Also we didn`t have any flies, mousqitos are any other insects, and that`s also a big plus! The interior of the house was very Spanish and we really liked it. So yes, this house was more than perfect, we stayed for 2 weeks. You really need a car, because the nearest very small town is 5 km away and the beautyfull city Puerto de Mazarron is 20 minutes driving. But you will have for sure a more than great holiday!"
