This beautifully furnished fully air-conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private pool and fully fenced garden is situated in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of the many Polaris World resort amenities.

We have endeavored to make the facilities in the villa second to none to cater for the golfer, a group of friends and family alike.

The property is on 2 floors with the front door leading to a spacious hall , Turn left and you enter a modern fully fitted kitchen complete with oven and four ring ceramic hob with extractor fan, microwave, toaster, large fridge freezer, kettle and the all important dishwasher. There are all the utensils you would expect in any modern kitchen and there are more than enough plates, plates and cups (including plastic for outside use) for 6 people. Off the kitchen is the utility room Washing Machine, Iron, iron board and clothes horse.

The main bedroom can be set up for use with a King Size double bed or 2 single beds. Requirement should be specified at time of booking. Fully air-conditioned with ample cupboard space, bedside cabinets and bed-side lamps. There is an en-suite bathroom in this room, the en suite has WC, shower unit, charming contemporary wooden sink cabinet and bidet. Bedroom 2 is fully air-conditioned and has the ability to be set up a super King Size bed or 2 singles. There is ample cupboard space with beside cabinets and lamps. The main bathroom has bath, shower, bidet, modern wooden sink cabinet

Go through the hall and turn right through the double doors into the large, high ceillened and spacious lounge. The high position of the windows allow the light to flood the room, casting light throughout. In the lounge there is ample dining space with a large extendable table and chairs situated just beside the bay windows of the front of the villa. There are 2 comfortable and stylish brown leather sofa's one of which can be converted for use as a bed, the other a relaxing resting place with Chaise and view of the patio. There is a 32inch LG LCD HD television with satellite television, SKY sports and setanta available so you don't miss out on any sport. There is also an xBox with over 20 games as well as an LG DVD player. For the music fans there's an MP3 speaker system, plug in your iPod and listen to your own favourite tunes.

Leave the lounge via the patio doors and onto the large pation with table and 6 seats with large parasol. Sun loungers and tables are provided for relaxation by the large private pool. A larger than average 8m x 3m private pool with state of the art salt system cleaning mechanism, with Roman steps and night lights all for your exclusive use.

On the second floor there is a large roof terrace with all day sun with sun loungers for all day sun bathing. 

La Torre is the second of seven gated golf and leisure resorts that Polaris is to build in the Murcia region. The Mediterranean style resort is made up of whitewashed apartments, townhouses and villas. The centre piece of the resort is a town centre which lies at the side of a lake. The town has bars, numerous restaurants and shops. There is a large supermarket that stocks all the food, wine and drink that you’ll require for your stay.

Dotted throughout the tree lined avenues of the resort are 12 communal swimming pools and tennis courts and as guest you are able to use them all. Of course wherever you are in the resort the golf course is never far away. The 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course is a pleasure to play and a test for all handicaps.

The resort is a gated community and the 24 hour security means you are in a safe environment in which you can enjoy your stay with peace of mind.

"Maybe Tomorrow Jack", yeah right! You can’t have failed not to see the Polaris world adverts with Jack Nicklaus begging for a round of golf. And it’s the golf that is at the centre of the Polaris World Resort Concept. The Nicklaus Golf Trail will see an incredible 9 Jack Nicklaus Designed golf courses in a 25km radius. Each course will have different features and games levels. With a different challenge to be faced every day then there’s no need to wait till tomorrow.

Designed by Nicklaus Design, the La Torre Golf Resort course offers 18 holes, par 68 and four sets of tees. Provisional distances (metres): (black) 5,350; (blue) 4,934; (white) 4,422; (red) 3,822.

Currently there are 3 Polaris course that as a guest you would be entitled to play. These are the Mar Menor, El Valle and on resort La Torre. El Valle is 5 minutes away and Mar Menor around 15 minutes. La Torre Golf course has a water and sand theme with 3 large lakes and over 5 hectares of sand. This creates a course that requires both accuracy and strategy and is sure to test all levels.

The clubhouse features changing rooms with showers and lockers. There is golf buggies available for hire and a pro-shop to stock up on all the latest gear.


 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

All Rooms are at ground level. Swimming pool has Roman steps for easy access. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, golf, tennis, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, a zoo, a themepark.

Margaret Ann says: "The Villa was beautiful, well maintained, very spacious and beautifully furnished. It contained everthing I needed for my weeks stay.The pool was great, a good size. We were well looked after by the keyholder and her friends, especially Sharon! The neighbours next door were also very helpful. Just one thing Alan, a mirror in the bedrooms for us females would be good!! The resort is outstanding. Only a ten minute walk to the restuarants. The walk was good to build up the appetite!!! Particularly enjoyed the Bamboo and Tapas Bar. Live entertainement was excellent and the Irish bar good fun. All the exPats were very friendly and helped to make the stay a very enjoyable one. Will definately be back!!!"
